Last night I read the communique to our DDGM from RW Bro Shand dated from just a few days ago. He asked the GS as our DDGM was always kilted in lodge.
I'm still fascinated in hearing this from a Grand Master who sat as a kilted officer as he went through the chairs. I'd like to know the details and specifics before responding much, but you can imagine that I shan't be very supportive of any ban.
