laphroaig land lease pictures, please

I recommend a small 'tree house' constructed on an I-beam set into a 1' square concrete block. Once you're up off the ground, there's nobody to say you're building over your 'lot line'.

That, or you could drink cases of Laphroaig, and really set-to building something nice, but I'm pretty sure the land-lease is a gimmick (but a nice one).

If I drank much of the stuff, the only thing I'd need to build would be a tombstone.

I seem to recall that type of case going to court in the UK over a developer wanting to move materials over another persons property (was the only way to build on the site)

Unfortunately he was told he couldnt by the nice judge... Nice because he decided to wait on making the ruling until after the materials had been moved...

Hate to rain on your parade, but most real estate law provides that you own the 'air space' above and between the boundaries of your land. In your case you would be building in someone else's air space. It is possible to purchase 'air space rights', for example construction over a rail line in places like New York and Chicago.
