Kilts in Private life of Sherlock Holmes
Just watched The Private Life of Sherlock Holmes- (1970) Billy Wilder's
irreverent view of the famed detective ( pastiche/parody/comedy?) Starring Robert Stephens ( Holmes) Colin Blakely ( Watson).
Plenty of Kilts in this one, including Dr. Watson sporting the kilt, most of the film takes place in Scotland around Loch Ness as Holmes investigates the Monster. The movie starts out great with the opening of Watson's Tin Box, then goes down hill. Plenty of nice looking day wear Kilts and lots of bagpipes background music. It has been showing on the MGM channel.
