This 5 day cruise doesn't have a formal night but it does have a semi-formal night. Most men on Disney cruises wear dressy casual for semi-formal night: sports coat and slacks, with or without a tie. Some even go without the sports coat. A few might wear a suit, tux, or military uniform.
This is also the general attire worn for Palo's (a tie and sports coat are optional).
However, since you and I will be kilted, we're going to stand out regardless. I think a PC will be a bit overkill for the semi-formal night but a solid color Argyll or even a tweed will be more than sufficient.
I recommend a black Argyll, wearing it with a vest and bow tie for semi-formal night, and with a belt and long tie for your dinner at Palo's. You'll be way overdressed compared to just about everyone, but with a kilt you'll going to be noticed anyways so you might as well look sharp.
For the other evenings, cruise casual is the norm. On my last Disney cruise I wore an Aloha shirt with a pair of khakis for dinner.
