Surprised that a few of my favorites haven't been mentioned in the first 7 pages, or if they were I missed them. Not specifically Scottish but British through and through, "Three Weddings and a Funeral" is a great flick with big name actors and has a nice kilted series of scenes with a Scottish wedding and unfortunate kilted death. "The King's Speech" is again qintessentially British with strong cast and famous award winning acting, and a short series of scenes of the future King George VI kilted at Balmoral. Scottish film "The Flying Scotsman" with a few kilted scenes has already been mentioned.
I just watched "the Eagle" on one of my cable movie channels last night for the first time and greatly enjoyed the story, acting, and especially the scenery and setting which is Roman times and "northern Britain" above Hadrian's Wall, but clearly Scotland and particularly the Highlands and coastal areas. No kilts in 120 AD but some interesting characterizations of native peoples of the regions, particularly the seal skin-wearing and face-painted Seal People and the other tattooed indigenous wild men.
