Well, I cannot say that any of the things that I am doing now matters either.

To be honest, what I used to do full time mattered as much, or more, to others who produce the food that we eat. And that is a serious contribution-a matter that matters to us all, one way or the other.

Part-time involment in the sphere of animal health is still rewarding. I just think I want to see over the next hill, and the next, so I am ambling around seeking a path that does not lead to a bog hole.
