The description is "99% wool, 1% reflective" which I take it to mean it's all wool except for that single reflective thread in the weft. Not sure what that is made of.
What is the fiber content? It looks like a mix of different synthetics.

I rather like the name, and it seems very appropiate, the twin yellow lines signifing "no parking" on the grey/black mix to show the road surface, very clever

Great looking kilt, and I rather like the fabric. For someone who gets around mostly by walking it would be an added saftey feature at night! I have some guy lines on my tents made out of "Triptease" line which is retro-reflective when light shines on it. It lights up like a laser beam when a flashlight is shown on it to prevent tripping over the guy wires at night. I'll bet the thread in this kilt will do the same.
