Well, not yet-still hunting up a pitchfork. A broken one, preferably...I only have one broken one here, and it's a flat tiner. I suppose I could use it for the task. I actually intend to make a by knife and a sgian out of the tines...Not a pro blacksmith here, nor a romantic one. My "smithy" setup is one feller holding a oxycetaline torch, and me bashing steel into shape.

Oh, if you mean doing smithy work in a kilt...well...I'm not THAT adventurous, but may give it a whirl. Will definately take photos then, cause I probably won't do it again after I get out of the hospital!

Re: The Action Kilt Pic Challenge

frlyrod, that may be the best photo I've seen in a long time. Piping or no, it's just a darned cool picture.

But I do hafe a few action shots of my own:

Taking first place in the Hand Holding competition after last year's St. Paddy's parade:

Then there's the Pub Stool Sitting Rally in which I earned an Honorable Mention:

Second place in the Best Dressed Holy Man Cabar Toss:

Finally, the South East Kitls Society, Regional Two-Man, Tandom Bar Hold Down Chamiponship. (We might have won if Turpin and his brother hadn't put forth such a great 11th hour effort to take the prize.)

I almost forgot; the steeplechaise. No, I didn't ride, but I was the oldest guy in a kilt, kissed by a pretty girl.

    Sweeeeeeet...

...your shots are good too, Jim, but you just don't have the extra-fatal lady shimmer that Triple-G P does.
