EDIT: And I'll tell you this: Shawn knows his grind, and he knows his heat-treat... those are difficult and impossible to show in photos, but believe me- they are there, and they are excelent.

Actually, it's "mustard patina". Just what it sounds like. Polish the blade, then dabble mustard on it. The mustard oxidizes the blade and actually prevents further rust!
