Speaking of jacket/coat alterations, I'll soon post a few oot-and-aboot photos of my own kilt jacket alteration--hand-altered for me, by me no less.

Actually, it's "mustard patina". Just what it sounds like. Polish the blade, then dabble mustard on it. The mustard oxidizes the blade and actually prevents further rust!
