That's the best picture I've seen all day, Jamie. Thanks for posting it.

Matty, the next time you're in my backyard let me know. There are several nice waterfalls on the east side of the Smokies, too.

It was me (Santa Wally) in the Tennessee Smoky waterfall photo. I know that Matty and I look alike with our white Santa beards, especially when it is not a close-up photo. While it is possible, it's a long way for Matty to get to either side of the Smokies. Last year I got on the North Carolina side of the Smokies when I went to Franklin, NC to visit the Tartan Museum and the "Taste of Scotland" event. Not sure of our activity plans when in TN this summer.

I've been to Uvas Co. Park several times, but I have no idea where that waterfall is!

    Nice picture!

Why, so you are! That's what I get for not paying attention.

[QUOTE/ And a Norcal Rabble kilted hike is a grand idea!![/QUOTE]

it is a great idea. Please keep me in mind if this should come to pass. I would love to join you (as long as it is not too steep) These ol' legs aren't as good as they used to be when hiking in the White Mountains of N.H.
