i do not care about fake photos, nifty looking "deeds"--fine, those are literally worth the paper they are printed on, as are the "rights" one "acquires." i want to know whether any of the sellers actually use the money to maintain or improve the estates from which they derive, as some have alluded to here. i do not mind supporting what in effect would be conservation--for example, i am in ducks unlimited, even though i shoot skeet, not ducks. i am in the rails to trails conservancy to support biking trails nationwide, though i almost exclusively ride locally.

Most of these title deed enterprises are in a similar vein and for similar conservation reasons (as I understand it). Managing estates is apparently an expensive business and I can well imagine it would be.
