I'm keeping with it. I don't wanna tell my weight for fear of jealousy from other members though

I'm having trouble with keeping the abs even. One side is more developed than the other and is annoying the crap out of me!

Nick, you don't want to tell us your weight, but you're willing to tell us that you're having trouble with your abs developing at different rates? When ab muscles are probably the muscle most men desire to be visible? LOL Although, in a slightly more serious note, what sort of abdominal exercises are you doing?

Speaking of muscle(s) developing at different rates, I've noticed that my left triceps have better definition than my right (dominant) triceps. I can only assume that it's because I carry my 11 month old daughter in the crook of my left arm so that I can use my more dexterous right hand for other tasks (opening car doors, etc).

    Yeah...something like that!

I'm doing lots of stuff. Planks, sit ups, bicycle motion, leg lifts, etc just to keep the muscles at guessing. Don't want muscle memory with them.

Yep that happens sometimes. My beachbody coach is a beast and his abs are really uneven. They look like a broken set of stairs. Strong as they are and lean as he is it's just his body's makeup. You'll get some awesome abs if you keep up those exercises though! Remember to do enough cardio to shred the excess fat. It doesn't take much fat to obscure even the best abs.

After a weekend of fast food and late nights at a friend's wedding I am back on track. I have started month 2 round 2 of P-90X and have shaken things up a bit by using medicine balls and suspension straps for balance during the body weight exercises and a balance ball for some of the seated and ab moves. Doing this I can only make it through about half the workout before my body can't take any more. Then I plan on running for the other half. Plateau? What's that?
