Yeah, it will be in the middle of the day, so I think I will just stick to doing that. Ivory (closer to off-white) french cuff shirt, and black silk tie. Thanks for the advice, Jock Scot.

Black silk tie for a wedding in the daytime is a bit funereal! Wear something bright and festive!

May I suggest going for a silver-grey silk wedding tie. They are easy enough to purchase and come in shades from very light silver to a fairly dark grey. A little less "funeral" and very definately "wedding". It would lighten the whole effect just a touch
