I agree with Freelander. Ghillie brogues are great to have for formal wear but not really for casual. Similarly, you wouldn't want to wear dress shoes with a track suit.
As for a belt... I have a simple pewter buckle with a very dull grey finish that I use for casual. I replace it with a silver clan buckle for fancier ocassions.
You have probably guessed that white kilthose/socks are a no-no. Off-white, grey or some other color would be preferable.
As for the tartan issue... there are dress tartans where one of the primary colors is replaced with white. One of these tartans might be considered out of place.
The rest of the kit sound great.... Enjoy!
