I have to admit that the first time I heard about it I thought of Nighthawk and his familly. I told myself he'd probably go at a late showing or the pre-show because of highland games or renfaire. And then seeing no posts coming up, I really got to worry. Soooo glad everybody is safe. Yes, a lot healing is needed now, but I think you'll get a lot of positive energy going your way. I've been sending some since a few days and will still send some more.
Take good care of yourself and of those you love.

Nighthawk, I'm so glad your daughter escaped unharmed. My thoughts go out to the families of those who were less fortunate.

Another virtual hug for you, Travis.
Everyone else, please go out and donate blood if you're able and encourage others to do the same for everyone in need of emergency medical treatment this summer.

Today is the first anniversary of the shootings on Utøya in Norway.
My thoughts are with all those suffering pain grief and loss and it's a great relief to know that those near and dear to our colleagues here are safe though having to deal with trauma which will indeed take time to heal.
For Norge og Colorado, vi skal huske dem.
For Norway and Colorado, we shall remember them.

Honestly, I haven't posted much lately because I got bored with not being allowed to talk about anything more interesting than my latest shaving technique. Every time we get an interesting conversation going, it gets shut down. I went to other forums where we can actually get to know each other. I popped on here because I knew there would be people on this board who may be worried about their Colorado friends.

Travis, I had no idea over the weekend. I was off Friday and never got on anything until I was home Sunday evening. Just now saw this thread. I know how your emotions have been going. My sister had just gone into the 2nd tower on 9/11 but got out right after it was hit. Stop by next games and I'll fill the large glass for you...with Lismore.

Greg, I didn't say anything to you because I was pretty much trying to get my mind off of it. You remember when I said I was going to the Clan Stewart tent to harass Sir Ian? He was using his considerable writing talent to pen a letter to my girl for me. I'll take that drink however! int:
