I am sorry for your loss, Syndie. My own mother's heath is not so good. But the more I care for her, the more it becomes an honor. It was a wonderful and generous thing to take such good care of your mother and I can't help but think that she passed knowing what good job she did raising you.

    Again, please accept my condolences.

I imagine that you now treasure the time you had with your mother over the last several years. Taking care of older folks is a big job but it can be a blessed one, too.

I'd like to also extend my condolances. I can never seem to find words that express thoughts of sympathy well, so I'll quit now before I say something dumb.

What a wonderful life! If she had any regrets it couldn't have been much. Wow. She is an inspiration. Good luck with the organizing. Make sure you have a couple needles and some yarn just to keep busy when you sit down to tea among the boxes. Good luck!!

"tea among the boxes". . . well, more like a few good beers! I really should try for a 1:1 ratio of beer:empty box but I fear some of those are simply empty beer boxes. . .

Thank you all for your kind words. We are moving ahead and loving life, present and past.
