Absolutely beautiful sporran Scott, impeccable workmanship and design. One question I had was about the overall dimensions and size of opening, as I am an oversized guy with big hands who tends to have to carry a lot of "stuff". And along those same lines, depending on the size of this one, would you, like Lamar Britt, consider making a slightly oversized version for us MOS?

    Thanks Jeff,
The width across the mouth is 7.25" (18.4cm) and the overall height is 9.5" (24cm).

The great part about custom ordering a piece is that everything is a possibility. I have scaled pieces to match chaps of both greater and smaller frame and could certainly do it for this style.
Of course, all of the details are variables as well-

Leather/stitching colour, obviously, same with Interior colour and material,
Pinking pattern: Sawtooth instead of scalloped, wider or smaller scallops,
Targe pattern and set/number/size/metal of the studs,
Tassels: number, size, petals instead of, or "lantern" tassels are all possible variables,
Actual bag structure can be changed as well. This one has a standard gusset for more storage, there are several other gusset options which can give more flexibility or smoothness of profile but which cost a bit in terms of storage.

Basically, unless something is physically not possible in a given material (or really inadvisable) , it can be done.

This is true with all of the sporrans I make, leather, horsehair, custom brass cantles, built-up or custom cast pewter, etc. The only limitation would be on pieces with cast cantles from ClanArt or the MOD cantles, where they only come in the "standard issue" size.
