Ladies & gentlemen of XMarks,
I understand the fury and indignation that stems from incidents like this, and I appreciate that the rabble wants to band together to fight was certainly would be a worthy cause. Please do bear in mind, that such threads often do tend to escalate and people begin to use increasingly strong language and "fightin' words" at every turn.
I would remind everyone, that although we may be upset and angry at one company's unauthorized use of our images, let's keep things in perspective. It is possible to express our feelings and still take the high road. There is no need to resort to insulting an entire nation, its people, or religion. Not only is this prohibited by XMTS rules, but it should be common sense to abide by such principles even in the absence of such rules.
The mods are already dealing with one comment that was made in this thread, and in order to keep this thread open, let's all please make a concerted effort to not allow our emotions get the best of us.

Threats and nasty e-mails aren't likely to help.
If you are the owner of one of the images go here:
https://supportcenter.godaddy.com/Ab....aspx?ci=22420
Change the type of abuse to Miscellaneous. Give the URL of the stolen image on the site. Give them the URL for the full image on your site (or photobucket account, etc.). Tell them you demand the image be removed by x date and time. Go Daddy has had enough problems; even if they don't run the hosting server, they do run the domain registry, and can have it shut down. If they do, it won't stop the IP theft, but to find it you have to know the IP addy, not the url for the site. That will kill a business just as fast as e-mails.

Thanks for all the support guys. I appreciate the email flooding -- that's the only way I know of to really get these guys to remove stolen images. However, I'd also ask that we all take CDNSushi's advice and not resort to making disparaging remarks about entire countries, as frustrated as we may be. Thanks!

I have just posted to the facebook page for ScotlandproductsOnline.com and to Iqra Haroon asking them to cease and desist with the use of others peoples pictures as representations of their own products. Theft of any sort is still theft and a thief hates public exposure.
I've found that most relationships work best when no one wears pants.

One of my suppliers saw this thread and showed me the email he sent to the company:
Ms Iqra Haroon scotlandproductsonline@gmail.com
I have today spoken to your agent Angus Hoban in the UK regarding Copyrighted products on your web site, I have warned him that if we find that he has sold either on his own behalf or on your behalf, any
products to customers in the UK, we will inform trading standards and issue court proceedings to sue him for copyright infringement. I understand that he will now be resigning as your UK agent.
If you sell any goods to retailers or wholesalers in the UK that are Copyrighted by GM Belt Supplies Ltd (Glen Esk), we will sue that wholesaler or retailer. You can view all our range on our web site www.gmbelt.com which I am sure that you are aware off as you have taken pictures from my web site and used them on your own without permission.
We will be forwarding copies of this email to all our customers around the WORLD warning of the copyright infringements and of the consequences of selling copyrighted products.
Many Thanks
