Burns Supper at the Celtic Knot in Evanston January 23rd

I'm going to the annual Robbie Burns Night celebration at the Celtic Knot (626 Church St., Evanston, Illinois). Burns will be memorialized in music, song and declamations of his poetry. Here is their website http://www.celticknotpub.com/. They strongly encourage reservations.

I have a table for two, and, so far, am the only one attending. I'd welcome company. If we need more I can ask for a larger table, but the later we wait, the more difficult it will be to enlarge the group.

I'd love to go, but Evanston is a pretty long haul for a weeknight, for me. I'd not heard of the Celtic Knot before, though - I'll definitely have to check it out.

Llama, if you Google Burns Supper you may find something closer to you. I know that most St. Andrew's societies have an event. The Illinois one is very formal and a bit too expensive for me.

I talked to James (Seamus) before making my reservations. He is part of the entertainment package so I asked for a table near the front.
