Since my name was brought up I thought I would add a small caution here.
While some of the best kiltmakers in the world are in N. America, it will not be the making of the kilt that you need to worry about, but the shipping costs to you in Singapore.
The last time I shipped a kilt to Singapore I offered the customer his choice of shipping methods.
Ground shipping was the cheapest but would take, literally, months to arrive.
Air shipping was over $100.00 us dollars. (closer to $200.00 if the truth be told)
Express shipping would have cost more than the kilt.
Please take this added cost into consideration when making your choice.

I wear the kilt because: Swish + Swagger = Swoon.
