Yes one would think London Scottish, except that the uniform and badges don't match any images I've seen of that regiment. Note the different sporran badge for example, and the different cuffs on the jacket. It could be that early on (the London Scottish began in 1859) the uniform was different.

I recently stumbled onto this one: King Edward VII kilted and IN COLOUR! This is not a hand-tinted photo, but an actual colour pic.

There are lots of words that can be used to describe that postcard but I wouldn't have said "cute" was one of them!

I happened upon this photo online, and thought I'd share it. Apparently, not all Scotts go regimental. The photo dates from 1950, and was taken at an event in Scotland. Looks like a wrestling contest? AND, they are in their stocking feet outside! As Kelda of my clan, I disapprove of spoiling one's hose in such a way.
