Many years ago I attended Dale Carnegie Training in public speaking. One main point I recall and have found to be true in my own life is a presentation should encompass no more than 1 percent of your knowledge on a subject. The remaining 99 percent provides the confidence factor important for a strong presentation and puts one in a position to handle questions with ease.

This young man’s second mistake was recording a presentation that represents 100 percent of his knowledge on the subject. His first mistake, obviously, was his choice of kilt shop.

To me, the saddest thing about that video is that his "look" is quite common and there are many people -- in Scotland and abroad -- who think that it is the way one should wear the kilt

Oh, and one additional thing... I would consider leaving the poor guy alone. His vid is over 2 years old, and has only within the past day been resurrected from the dead. I imagine he has probably moved on to other things by now...

Oh, excellent! Glad to see other xkcd fans here.

As a side note, with Randall Monroe's full permission and blessing I used that cartoon on the cover of
a report my company sent to the US EPA a couple years ago. They loved it! (and we got our grant.)
