What do you do if a small vendor doesn't keep their promises?

The allure was that he offered products in my size. I've since learned that some of the advertisers here can do custom orders beyond their listed size range, but that was only after months of reading the forums. I wish that I had gone with USA Kilts, I wish that I had seen that other thread, and I wish that broccoli tasted more like bananas.

When very few people offer clothes in your size, you get hopeful when someone does. I can't stress enough to retailers to list everything they offer on their website - searching through forums or calling to check on things is not something that a first-time purchaser is going to do. I thought that I was ahead of the curve because I did do some forum crawling and found a few positive reviews.

Perhaps one positive thing that could come out of your experience is a sticky thread that lists suppliers who cater to GOSs...
