When very few people offer clothes in your size, you get hopeful when someone does. I can't stress enough to retailers to list everything they offer on their website - searching through forums or calling to check on things is not something that a first-time purchaser is going to do. I thought that I was ahead of the curve because I did do some forum crawling and found a few positive reviews.
Got it. That makes sense.
Perhaps one positive thing that could come out of your experience is a sticky thread that lists suppliers who cater to GOSs...
