HA! Awesome Hi everyone! Soooo dancing bananas huh? Not exactly the emoticons I'd expect but hey, it made me smile lol! And Benjamin Franklin was *so* wise - beer *is* good! I'm going to trek to Scotland next year and bounce from pub to castle to pub, so I'm betting this "rabble" will have great suggestions with that too, as well as where to go for my straight-from-Scotland kilt that I plan to get while I'm there

Stacey: Welcome from the mountains of northern New Mexico! I hope you enjoy the XMTS forum.
As for "*fun* Scot t-shirts", you might try ...
http://giftshop.scottishtartans.org/
and look under the "More Gifts" drop down menu.
Also, take a look at ...
http://www.usakilts.com/kilt-accessories/shirts.html
Unfortunately, there are probably only a million other places that sell Scottish themed Ts, but the STM and USA Kilts are great places to start looking. They sell good-quality stuff.
Good luck. Enjoy the games. And, post some pics.
John
I changed my signature. The old one was too ridiculous.

When you attend some of the Highland games and Celtic Festivals, you will find many venders who sell T-shirts with all manner of sayings on them. What might be fun is to come up with your own unique saying or design; there are ways to get a few shirts done with a special design.
Enjoy,

Simon Fraser fought as MacShimidh, a Highland chief… wrapped and belted in a plaid over the top of his linen shirt, like his ordinary kinsmen. He put a bonnet on his head, and stuck the Fraser emblem, a sprig of yew, in it. With the battle cry, A'Chaisteal Dhunaidh and the scream of the pipes, they charged to battle.
