    Matt: Lovely kilt, as usual. Magnificent photographs. Now I can tell all my friends that I have two kilts crafted by the "Kiltmaker to the Duke of Argyll". They'll be so jealous.

    I like the way the Duke ties his garters outside his hose. It imparts a more rugged look. There's a post out there somewhere on that subject.

    Hm... I would think it would be rather easy not to be political, as the member posts above yours have all managed to be apolitical, and this thread has nothing at all to do with politics. Let's please keep it that way.

    Please don't tell them that! I have not made any kilts for the Duke of Argyll! Rather I have made a kilt for one of my clients in the same colors that the Duke prefers to use for his tartan. Big difference!
