Frank, I think your kilt is perfect; It's at your natural waist and it ends at the top of the knee. I don't think I'd want it andy shorter but, that's just my opinion.

My wife and I used to do a ski weekend every February at Holiday Valley (& sometimes HoliMont). We always stayed at a BB called the Ilex Inn. Very quaint town, in a really beautiful part of New York.

Simon Fraser fought as MacShimidh, a Highland chief… wrapped and belted in a plaid over the top of his linen shirt, like his ordinary kinsmen. He put a bonnet on his head, and stuck the Fraser emblem, a sprig of yew, in it. With the battle cry, A'Chaisteal Dhunaidh and the scream of the pipes, they charged to battle. Okay, okay, kilt is spot on. I appreciate the comments folks.

Nile, our middle son got married at Holiday Valley 6 years ago this past weekend. We generally go out for their anniversary (a great excuse to see our grandson), but this is the first time we rented a place on the mountain outside of Ellicottville. I will check that B&B out, but we just bought our own B&B, a 2012 fiberglass travel trailer. Pick it up Saturday down in NJ.

    Cheers!
