    Very well turned out Nathan. The jacket looks like a very good fit and works well with the contrasting waistcoat. An excellent example of traditional highland dress.

    A few Scots at our St. Andrew's do on this side of the pond could learn from your example.

    It's combined pleasure and torture to see all those fantastic patterned jackets, because I've always wanted one but never had one, not in nearly 40 years of kiltwearing.

    Lovely vintage ones show up on Ebay regularly but they're always size 38 or 40, and I haven't been able to fit into a 40 since college.

    One of these days...

    While this auction was going on, I also placed a bid on a more subtle check tweed. I ended up winning both auctions, and the other tweed has arrived from Scotland. I've posted some pics in a new thread here:
