I'm enjoying a nice dram of Dun Bheagan 2005 Limited Edition. It's a nice peaty Islay.

The only Auchentoshen available to me locally is the Classic, which I find very smooth. I would imagine Auchentoshen 12 must be slick as glass!

At the end of another cold winter's day, I just finished my Christmas gift bottle of Laphroaig Quarter Cask, and now I'm a little sad. Oh for a magical self-replenishing bottle...

I'm a big fan of that malt. I have mourned the passing of a few bottles of it myself.
