    I would agree that a light weight casual kilt in PV is probably the way to go. However I would have grave concerns about wearing a kilt held together by velcro in a mudder race.
    I would want a belt and buckle to secure the kilt and not velcro.

    I hope littrog sees this thread and responds. He would be the expert on this problem.
