Wear the Blue Ramsey with pride, get accustomed to being kilted, and get others accustomed to seeing you kilted. Save up for however long it takes and order the wool kilt from USA Kilts. It will be worth the wait and the money. The Blue Ramsey will always be an awesome casual kilt for occasions where you wouldn't want to expose your nice wool one to rowdy mishap.

You cannot go wrong with USAKilts and Rocky. Their customer service is next to none, the best I've ever dealt with. I am currently waiting for the mail to deliver my latest from them...it arrives on Thursday (is it Thursday yet?).

You might also try J. Higgins in Kansas City (or more aptly, Lenexa KS). I have one kilt from them and was impressed. They are not bad starting at 129 for a PV.

There are some reasonably priced kilts from Pakistan, I should mention these same kilts are exported to the UK. I got a decent one off of eBay for costume use so the optimum quality was not required, all in all though it looks and wear fine.
