Kilts and Coats

I'm thinking of making my own coat, after finding a great material at the fabric store. Does anyone know of a good pattern for a coat, or at least of any large photographs of a flattering kilt-friendly design?

I imagine the place you got the material would have patterns,that is if you got it from a fabric shop.
