With the greatest of respect to all, Americans do not have the monopoly of freedom of speech, or brashness, or uncouthness. However Americans do outnumber most of us, so as a percentage of population the not so good side of America can appear a national trait.
I have had the pleasure and privilege of spending quite of lot of time with seven Americans in the last week or so, at various times and places and enjoyed every second of the time spent with them. Brash? Uncouth? No way! Polite? Interesting? Oh yes!
