Just got this in from USAK today.
Even though I can't wear it to work I can still participate in Kilted Fridays.

Looking awesome, Liam! I'm an IT Business Integration Manager. My immediate boss is fine with me wearing it in on 'casual Fridays', though the higher up IT management seems unsure if it is professional enough attire. My coworkers generally think it's awesome. In fact the young lady whose birthday we celebrated after work this past Friday requested that I should wear it. :-)

Maybe your manager will concede to you wearing it on some special occasions, and then get a little more comfortable with it. Otherwise, wear it out proudly on the weekends. Attend some Scottish events. You look great!

I wore my USA Kilts American Heritage semi-trad to work today. I must have scared a lot of employees away. For some reason many took the day off.

I was actually hoping to wear the Graham for the first time for our vow renewal, but now that it's here and I'm even more excited than before I might have to take it out for a test drive on Tuesday. After all, I wouldn't want to leave it at home unattended where it might get into trouble or worse, be discovered before I can surprise her.
