LOL. I made no claims as to the quality, just found it entertaining that they slipped that into the movie.

I like the choice of "Yankee Doodle" as the song in the movie. Blends the Scottish tradition with an American theme in a foreign world. Similar to reintroducing the kilt to the public today.

Tarheel , you're in big trouble now ( Ole Miss ) .... the guy in the movie clip was actually playing " Dixie " .

OH NO! Good folks, This is not my first mistake. I thought I made another error in 1974 but I was simply wrong then. Please feel free to chastise me for such an egregious fax paus (Southern boy does not recognize historical tune from region of his birth). The following link does not forgive or justify my behavior, it's just a glimpse into the climate of politics. Good call MacGumerait, that you (in Indiana) would know "Dixie" where I heard "Yankee Doodle" will baffle many of us for years.
