They look great, Colin. Thanks for all your input. May I ask how long your velcro peices are? Male & female each, and sewn together total. I realize mine may differ due to leg size, but it will give me a rough idea. I really like your design!

I would say that each piece was 12-15 inches and 24-30 inches total. It does overlap and will probably need to be cut down a bit, but I wanted to make sure that I was able to wrap them all the way around.
