Liam, I'm not a native but was in ministry in Rosetown for 6 years in the early 1990s and paraded in Saskatoon as a Reserve Chaplain. While I don't recollect Cpl Clark, he looks to be about my vintage, so we may have known each other once upon a time.

Then I suspect you likely know my brother-in-law, Canon Colin Clay. In the time frame you speak he would have been Chaplain at the UofS, and has been Chaplain of the Regina Rifles for many years.

Ah, yes. I don't know that I met Colin, but certainly do remember him being the Chaplain at the UofS. He was not the Rifles chaplain during my time; as I ended my Reserve career in Saskatchewan as the District Chaplain(P), and had direct oversight of all Chaplains in SK.
