Did you pay actual good money for that? You would think that they would at least have gotten the twill line of the waistband to go in the same direction as that of the kilt. (You just flip the fabric over.)
And to get the pattern of the waistband to line up with the pattern on the apron. That's basic, day one, of kiltmaking school.
There are times when I have to tell a customer, that due to the workload, it will take 4 months for them to get their kilt. But I tell them this, and they understand and agree, before they even hand over their hard earned money.
Send it back, get a full refund, and go find someone to sell you the product you want, with at least the basics of quality, in an agreed on amount of time.
