    That is a very handsome jacket and vest , I've always been fond of the brown based tweeds .

    I have a similar vintage jacket that is actually labeled as a 42 R and it measures 21" from armpit to armpit , therefore I would guess this one is probably a 44 R given that it measures at 22" from armpit to armpit .

    Just out of curiosity , what is your asking price ?
