The two front panels of that waistcoat are made of two different tartans: Isle Of Skye, and a Pakistani ripoff of Isle Of Skye, where they switched a couple stripes. Note that the ripoff tartan is different in warp and weft (they seem to have only made the changes in one direction).

I see items in the ripoff tartan all the time on Ebay being sold as Isle Of Skye.
