Yes, I've found several spots that list his work, but not a site for him specifically.

What a beautiful and functional blade. Definitely one that you'll cherish and be able to pass on one day.

Vince was in Scotland and was able to convince a museum to allow close examination of a historic dirk; holding,
weighing, measuring, close photos, eyeballs all over. Lamar got an exact replica made. Words cannot convey
the astonishing work I had in my hand. Twenty and a half ounces, beautifully balanced, itself museum quality.
I've had other impressive dirks in my hand, even others made by him; this one is astonishing. He seems to just
get better and better at the craft. If you can swing it, jump on it.

For more views of his work and some "how he does it" information try http://www.picturetrail.com/vevans. I have one of his sgians and a dirk as well and met him and Grace at the Atlanta Blade Show several years ago. There was an excellent article, very well-illustrated, in Blade Magazine's Guide to Making Knives, Second Edition published in 2012. I highly recommend that as well.
I think I can say, without contradiction, that he and Glenn McLain are the two best dirk makers in the US. Vince and Grace are also two of the nicest people you will ever meet in the profession.
