Doesn't seem like the price could be more reasonable though tartan choices are a little more limited being PV.
No Sinclair there, but then, it's Rocky, so I wonder if a custom is possible. He's so very flexible!

My 2.5 year old has the USA kids kilt in Donald modern. It's a beautiful, well made, garment compared to many children's clothes I've seen. Very durable, which is absolutely necessary for little boys!
