Nice to know that Bill has survived his wee stroll along Hadrian's Wall.
Barely, just barely! Met some nice and very interesting people each day, saw some beautiful country and lots of ruins, and enjoyed a pub or two along the way. As I strolled along, I couldn't help but think of those Roman squaddies patrolling the Wall with 25-30kg of kit.
