    It's so strange (not that I'm complaining) how such a large portion of North America is locked in a deep freeze while here in California we're enjoying amazingly warm weather.

    Our highs have been in the upper 70s, our overnight lows in the mid 50s.

    Last night at midnight I went walking around outside in t-shirt, shorts, and barefoot, and wasn't chilly at all.
