    Is the kilt part of your uniform, I wonder? If it were me, yes I know its not, I would want to wear the best kilt that money could buy with my formal uniform. Nothing less than an bespoke 8 yard wool kilt -----" a tank" in xmarks terminology------would do. Making do would not be an option.
