First kilt completed! This one is done as a box pleat by Harlan H, out of the Lunar tartan.

..... The Wizard of BC sporting the traditional tartan tights, and a tour of the Inca Dinca Do fibre mill (https://incadincado.wordpress.com/) in Saanich. The tights were originally owned by Barb T, and have been worn by different people over the years of Kilt Kamps.
