    Looks like it to me. I wonder if it accidentally got flipped up inside the sporran before he closed the flap, or if it just fell off entirely.

    Aside from the white hose, ghillie brogues, and belts under their waistcoats, they looked fairly well turned out.

    Why that tartan? Would kilts in Irish National existed in the 1930s? Just wondering.

    Since it was designed in 1995, it seems unlikely.
