Has anyone heard from Jock Scot lately?

Probably, it's Patrick from Glasgow I'm referring to. I hope those NEDS or whatever he calls them didn't stuff him inside of a dumpster or something.

Jock may not have liked Patrick’s choice of accessories but he was never cruel about it. As Collin points out, Jock’s criticisms are always meant to be constructive.

That's true, and it wasn't my intention to hijack the thread...I just didn't want to start a new one. To be clear however, I was genuinely interested in what happened to both Jock AND Patrick. It wasn't my intention to make fun of him, but his situation in Glasgow I did have a little fun with, but it wasn't directed at Patrick. Many have stated they are endangered by wearing the kilt in Glasgow.

I'm also aware that Patrick and Jock exchanged a few words, but as I recall they were on good terms later.

That's true, and it wasn't my intent to hijack the thread...I just didn't want to start a new one. To be clear however, I was genuinely interested in what happened to both Jock AND Patrick. It wasn't my intention to make fun of him, but his situation in Glasgow I did have a little fun with, but that issue is still true.

Fair enough. I noticed he wasn’t posting a while back and it states under his avatar “this member has chosen not to remain active.” I felt that in some of his last threads there were some (not you and definitely not Jock) who felt it was more fun to tease him than offer genuine advice or opinions. Jock and him did have some words occasionally but he seemed to genuinely respect jock’s opinion and jock has always given frank, honest, advice even if it’s not what some might like to hear.
