    Thank you to everyone who has helped so far. I was pretty certain that Scottish American tartan would be a modern American tartan, given the red/white/blue central theme, plus the purple.

    So, here are 3 more that need identification, please!

    Since the '80s, I've threatened to take two square repetitions of every tartan I can find, sew them together, and make a patchwork kilt.
