Agree about Craigie...was patient...improvised with a WalMart belt when it came time to don my Freelander Sporran with my new Kathy's Kilt.

Sadly, somehow she shipped chain belts rather than full leather as talked about at length and ordered.

Thought I was more than polite in addressing the issue, she didn't at first, then agreed I was within bounds and it was she who was edgy from all the storms she endured and the horror that comes with it.
Still weird to be refused as a future customer because she shipped the wrong product.

Bottom line, I still waited patiently for five weeks (she called me after four weeks to verify the order), but when the goods came in they were not as ordered.

Robert at RKilts was nice enough to offer to fit some in for me, I accepted the offer, and they're enroute to me now.

Guess the point is, adding belts to your offerings will hopefully prevent others from enjoying similar adventures.

Sue certainly is a nice lady and makes wonderful products. That of course leads to the "Utilikilt Syndrome" of production problems...and then having them exacerbated by holiday orders.

I've been on the other side of such growth myself and understand it. But shipping the wrong product is a different deal.

Peace

Ron
